I can remember the day I noticed the business of professional services killing my passion for helping people and clients. It was a day when I knew I couldn't keep doing things the way others were; a day that changed the trajectory of my career...
I’m a lifetime consultant; helping organizations and people overcome challenges and achieve their goals is what I've done my whole career. I’ve done the "Big 4" thing and helped grow smaller consulting companies as well. My story is one of perpetual and evolving growth, but that growth hasn’t just been about what I do. It’s been about who I am as a professional; as a manager; as a leader; as a person. I've learned what kind of people I want to work with and what kind I don’t, what kind of Firm I want to be a part of, and what kind I don’t, and how I feel clients, peers, team members, and support staff should and shouldn’t be treated.
So what does all of this mean to you?
My experiences are part of my fiber and they serve as the foundation for the experience you'll get working with me. I bring not only passion to my work, but compassion as well. I’m empathetic. I care about my clients and my coworkers; I care about their opinions; I care about their situations; I care about their goals and their dreams. I consider myself a resource to help others succeed, and I take very seriously the trust people put in me when they ask me for advice or support.
